How to Survive Falling Out of a Plane

The first question you must ask yourself when falling out of a plane, is why the h double hockey sticks are you falling out of a plane?! Was this on purpose? If so, then you probably have proper equipment, and this article is most likely not for you. You may read ahead to section 2. For everyone else, it’s time to reevaluate your life! What brought you to be falling out of a plane? Is it because you’ve been thrown from a plane by an evil henchman because you discovered his evil boss’s lair and was going to expose them? Or is it simply because you made the wrong choices in life? Either way, I do not recommend evaluating for too long, perhaps a one to two seconds kind of thing, because you are going to really need that time to help figure out how not to die.

If, by some chance, you have found this article while googling how to survive falling out of plane WHILE you are falling out of a plane, I will try to be brief and to the point. You can’t handle more than the gist of anything right now, so lets just stick to the bare bones of it, shall we?

Now the second thing you must do when falling out of a plane is try your best to grab something to land on, either falling debris, or, for those of you who are in a James Bond narrative, simply drag the bad guy with you, hold on tight, and make sure they land first!

Also do what the sky divers do! Spread those arms and legs out into an x and fly, baby! It can help you slow down to a meager 120 mph! And if you can figure out how to move horizontally while vertically, it can maybe slow you down some more. I would say try to find time to practice beforehand, but I don’t want to rub it in that you’re falling.

The biggest thing you want to do, and this is by far the most important, is fall on something soft! Trees, in fact, can sometimes break your fall. Or even an RV trailer roof, or so I read and since you don’t have time to Google this anymore, then you’ll just have to take my word for it. And with that, I wish you good luck!

Section 2: For any sky divers that need help out there, I’ve changed my mind and decided that this article could be a of use to you after all. If, for anything, just something to read while you fall. Namaste.
